Homemade Energy Balls

A true classic. I love these for a quick grab and go, especially in the morning. The kids love them too and I always feel better about them grabbing for these than store bought snacks :)

Ingredients

  • 1 ⅓ cup oats
  • 2/3 cups unsweetened coconut
  • ½ natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • ¼ cup ground flax
  • handful of chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts are my fav)
  • 2 tbsp chia seed
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ⅓ cup raisins
  • ⅓ -½ cup chocolate chips
  • splash of vanilla

Directions

  1. add all ingredients to a large bowl and stire to combine.
  2. Using damp hands, roll into balls of desired sizes. Store in fridge in an airtight container.
