Homemade Energy Balls
A true classic. I love these for a quick grab and go, especially in the morning. The kids love them too and I always feel better about them grabbing for these than store bought snacks :)
Ingredients
- 1 ⅓ cup oats
- 2/3 cups unsweetened coconut
- ½ natural peanut butter or almond butter
- ¼ cup ground flax
- handful of chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts are my fav)
- 2 tbsp chia seed
- ⅓ cup honey
- ⅓ cup raisins
- ⅓ -½ cup chocolate chips
- splash of vanilla
Directions
- add all ingredients to a large bowl and stire to combine.
- Using damp hands, roll into balls of desired sizes. Store in fridge in an airtight container.
