Homemade sourdough croutons

The most delicious sourdough croutons! Use with the inside of your bread bowl, or slice up an entire loaf to make  a larger batch.
Ingredients
- 
1 loaf of sourdough, diced 
- 
Olive oil (Amount varies depending on bread amount) 
- 
2 cloves garlic minced 
- 
salt and pepper to taste 
- 
grate parmesan (optional) 
Directions
- Add cubed sourdough to medium sized bowl. Add oil, garlic, salt and pepper, and parmesan if using. 
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes or until desired crispiness.
