Peanut Brittle Granola
Peanut butter granola that has the flavour of and crunch of peanut brittle. Quick, easy and health it surpasses grocery store granola by a long shot. Say good by to the dry, flavourless packaged granola and bring THIS to the breakfast table.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup blanched sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
- 3 tbsp chia seed
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp melted butter (or coconut oil)
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup toasted coconut
Directions
- Mix it all up! Spread on a pan, sprinkle some salt, bake at 350 until golden (20 mins ish). Put in the fridge to fully cool. Cut it up and enjoy.
